E-DRAGON consists of three main applets:

 

• applet Data Parameters, which contains the basic menu for descriptor calculation (molecule and descriptors selection);
• applet Task Manager, which contains information on molecular descriptors calculation tasks;
• applet Results as Text which contains the output generated by E-DRAGON for a specific task.

 

It is possible to switch from an applet to another using the combo box in the upper left corner of each applet.
